Tasks/Responsibilities

The Senior IT Recruiter's major responsibilities are management of IT mandates, the head hunting of candidates as well as the study and implementation of different methods of recruitment to maintain an updated candidate data base. He will be called to intervene with candidates to give them new opportunities in IT and to maintain strong and lasting relationships.

Maintain constant visibility of the recruitment market;

Develop effective and innovative recruitment strategies and initiatives;

Establish and facilitate all procedures;

Ensure a level of quality and integrity meeting the highest standards;

Work closely with other recruiters and managers to achieve desired outcomes;

Supporting directors in various recruitment mandates;

Participate in several special projects.

Required conditions

  • 3 + years of experience as an IT recruiter
  • Experience in a recruitment firm, a major asset Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of ATS
  • Taleo, CV Manager, etc. (Zoho an asset)
  • Strong sense of customer service
  • Sense of initiative, creativity and autonomy
  • Analysis capability, adaptation and development of relations
  • Ease with teamwork
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Administration or related field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bilingual (English and French) both oral and written.
