Tasks/Responsibilities

The support technician will be responsible for level 1 and 2 supports and will have to be an expert with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Word.

MORE PRECISELY

 

Answer to the user calls requiring 1st and 2nd level support;

Stay abreast of existing issues as well as solutions by communicating with technicians from other departments;

Install workstations including computer, phone and printers;

Answer Level 1 and Level 2 support calls by email/phone /in person);

Update and install applications;

Provide remote customer service;
Solve office suite issues such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint;

Required conditions

  • 3 + years experience as a Level 1 and 2 Support Technician
  • Expertise with the office suite (Word/Excel/Powerpoint) Is a MUST
  • Experience with the Lotus Notes system
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • DEC in computer science
  • Bilingual (French and English).
