About the client



The Email Marketing Manager will be responsible of managing strategy and ongoing email campaigns and in-app campaigns from start to finish




Develop B2C email and in-app messaging strategies based on the desired business outcomes and taking into consideration events, promotions, historical performance and consumer insights;

Coordinate email and in-app messaging campaigns, including planning, asset gathering, building, approval, scheduling, execution of test sends and deployments;

Build and deploy campaigns using automation tools;

Create and communicate ad-hoc reports and dashboards throughout the company;

Analyze campaigns performance metrics (KPIs);

Use lifecycle marketing tools to create a system of triggered messages based on customer preferences and actions;

Segment databases to create targeted messages to different audiences such as content downloads, site page visits, etc.; 

Required conditions

  • 7 + years of experience in core disciplines of Marketing and email marketing with a solid track record of developing
  • Experienced in forecasting revenue and sale reporting
  • Experience with delivery strategy
  • Experience with marketing database and campaign tools
  • Team management experience
  • Knowledge of best practices for email creative and templates, segmentation, dynamic content, testing methodologies
  • Bachelor’s in Marketing or equivalent experience
  • Bilingual (French and English)
