The Application Support Technician will be responsible for supporting the client on the company's own software
Process all requests such as: support, training, information, technical problem solving and answer users service calls;
Prioritize requests and assess the level of urgency;
Plan the distance learning activities;
Support, analyze and resolve the needs and services issus of external users until complete resolution;
Provide effective solutions and then document them in the service call software (ticket system);
Train all users on the company functions;
Participate in the conversion of migrated client software data to the solution.
