About the client



The Apple support Technician will be responsible for providing local operational support for an office or group of offices




Ensure customer is updated on ticket progress also update the ticket tracking system with status and fixes;

Analyze issues and formulate solutions;

Utilize internal IT knowledge base to both provide and find solutions to known issues;

Perform routine system maintenance on laptops and desktops;

Perform backups and restores;

Perform installation and configuration of software including operating system;

Maintain established computer standards and participate in testing new standards;

Track computer assets according to organizational standards;

Required conditions

  • 2 + years’ experience as a Apple Support Technician
  • Experience in Apple environment
  • Experience delivering IT solutions directly to client, within a corporate and/or enterprise environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
  • Bilingual (French and English)
